Project Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in audio-visual systems, including Sonos and complex AV setups with automated shades. They will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive proposals for audio-visual projects, developing bids for projects, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to ensure project feasibility and profitability.

The successful candidate will also have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality projects that meet client specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and competitive proposals for audio-visual projects.
  • Develop bids for projects, from basic Sonos setups to high-end AV systems with automated shades.

  • Perform cost estimations for labor, materials, and equipment to support bidding processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to clarify project requirements and timelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in project estimation, proposal writing, and bidding processes.
  • Experience in audio-visual systems, including Sonos and complex AV setups with automated shades (training provided if needed).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and project management software.
