About the Role

The Commercial Leasing Specialist will work closely with the Senior Strategic Leasing Manager to develop and implement effective leasing strategies, monitor year-to-year escalation to protect revenue income, and meet targeted effective rental scheme. They will also prepare reports for higher management's information requirement, e.g., leasing status and vacancy report, rental income projections, budget, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate leasing, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a retail or mall environment. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage strategic tenant leasing, including space allocation and tenant acquisition.
    • Formulate and recommend rental rate schemes for all leasable commercial spaces.
    • Administer all leasing activities, including lease negotiation, documentation, and enforcement.
    • Prepare reports for higher management's information requirement.
    • Monitor year-to-year escalation to protect revenue income.
