Technical Systems Integration Specialist

RingCentral is a leader in the UCaaS, Contact Center and AI-powered adjacencies space. We are seeking a talented Finance Systems Automation Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications team.
This is a techno-functional role where you'll analyze system issues, triage bugs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions for our financial systems, with a strong focus on NetSuite.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of system improvements, from gathering business requirements and designing solutions to hands-on configuration, scripting, testing, and continuous support.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with integration and automation teams to automate key financial processes and workflows.
Interview business users to identify opportunities for automation and propose solutions that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Dive into system processes to understand, document, and propose optimizations.
Work with integration APIs to build and manage automated data flows between systems.
Analyze market AI solutions to identify opportunities and propose solutions that benefit the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, customizing, developing and integrating one or more Enterprise applications or SaaS software.
Strong functional and configuration level understanding of ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing etc.
Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, and data mapping concepts.
Experience in NetSuite scripting and development.
Knowledge of automation tools such as UiPath or RPA platforms is a bonus.
