Loan Operations Specialist

This role involves driving business growth by achieving loan volume targets, ensuring sound credit quality and exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing microfinance loan accounts to meet business needs
  • Analyzing loan applicant qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans
  • Initiating credit and collection activities to maintain credit quality
  • Collaborating with relevant teams to process and service loan applications and clients
  • Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
  • Executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve volume targets
  • Providing timely responses to client inquiries and requirements
  • Reviewing and updating customer loan files to ensure adequacy for credit processing

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A 4-year degree in any field
  • Strong selling, communication, and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with computer software, including word processing and spreadsheets
  • Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance is an advantage
  • Ability to drive a motorcycle
  • Willingness to be assigned in Roxas Isabela area
