About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Director to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, investments, and funding to optimize liquidity and minimize risk.
  • Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop finance team members, promoting a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as VP for Finance/Group Comptroller/Chief Finance Officer in a similar industry.
  • Proficient in SAP and other financial software systems.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
