Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Housekeeping Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties. Your tasks will include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, replenishing toiletries and cleaning products, changing bed linens and towels, emptying and cleaning trash cans, and reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
