Strategic Amazon Manager

Gigabrands is seeking a high-performing, results-driven Strategic Amazon Manager to oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth.

The ideal candidate will lead the onboarding process and manage brand milestones, own client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery, coordinate internal teams to keep progress on track, resolve client issues through ongoing audits, ensure standard operating procedures are followed for onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to quarterly case studies and internal team updates.

  • Lead the onboarding process and manage brand milestones (30/60/90 days)
  • Own client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery
  • Coordinate internal teams (SEO, Design, Ads) to keep progress on track
  • Resolve client issues through ongoing audits
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are followed for onboarding/offboarding
  • Contribute to quarterly case studies and internal team updates

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.)
  • 2+ years in client/account management (agency preferred)
  • Clear communicator and proactive problem-solver
  • Fluent in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom—or eager to learn
  • Reliable, thoughtful, and fast-moving under pressure
