About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Senior Creator to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you'll be responsible for developing premium content for beauty and luxury brands using cutting-edge AI tools. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of creative production, ensuring that our output maintains exceptional craft and aesthetic standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A deep understanding of AI-powered creative tools and their applications
  • Exceptional creative vision, with a keen eye for premium design and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A proven track record in driving innovation and excellence in AI-driven creative development

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Creative Development: Developing high-quality, visually appealing content for premium brand campaigns, adapting AI outputs to meet luxury brand requirements, and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Technical Expertise: Mastering Gen AI platforms (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.), developing advanced prompting techniques, optimizing AI outputs, and documenting successful processes
  • Content Production: Creating engaging content for social media, digital advertising, and web, adapting creative across multiple formats and platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and meeting performance metrics

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
  • 6+ years of experience in digital design or content creation
  • Experience working with premium or beauty brand creative
  • Proven track record with Gen AI tools
  • Excellent creative execution skills
