A leading go-to-market solution for revenue teams is seeking a high-performing sales-driven Representative to drive revenue and accelerate conversions through real-time chat interactions.

About the Role:
  • Drive revenue through live chat by identifying buying signals, delivering persuasive product insights, and converting interest into sales.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and success at all times.
  • Own the sales conversation from inbound inquiry to conversion, ensuring customers quickly realize the value of our product.
  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell relevant product features that match the customer's business goals.
  • Meet or exceed chat-to-close rate targets, monthly revenue quotas, and other performance KPIs.
About You:
  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role (support, sales, or similar), with a passion for helping people and guiding conversations.
  • You possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You have a proven history of achieving top performance.
  • You are organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple conversations at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are customer-centric, working to understand the questions that customers ask to help them resolve their business.
  • You have clear and confident written communication skills, especially in live chat or email settings.
  • You are adaptable with the ability to pick up new technologies, assess situations quickly, and find smarter ways to achieve goals.
