We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Partnership Development Expert to join our team and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and affiliate marketing programs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce and possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience with affiliate networks, tracking software, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and expand existing affiliate marketing programs for a leading FMCG client.
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliates to drive mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign improvement.
  • Collaborate with client and agency teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cross-channel alignment in campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce (typically 2+ years).
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking software, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with affiliate recruitment and managing relationships with affiliates/influencers.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
