Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Visual Display Coordinator to join our team at Crackerjack Corporation. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing in-store displays that drive customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement in-store displays that align with our brand's aesthetic and marketing campaigns
  • Create seasonal or themed in-store displays that attract customers and increase sales
  • Organize clothing by style, color, and trend to encourage easy browsing and maximize sales impact
  • Collaborate with our digital marketing team to design promotional banners, product display pages, and seasonal visuals for our online store
  • Set up and manage photo shoots for new collections, ensuring high-quality and consistent images
  • Work closely with our owner to understand our brand's vision and business goals, using this insight to shape in-store and online displays

Requirements

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment
  • Strong understanding of branding and visual aesthetics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
