The Senior IOS Developer will design and build native iPhone and iPad apps that bring mapping and geospatial data to life, requiring expertise in Swift and high-quality iOS applications.

This role involves working with cutting-edge mapping technologies and geospatial tools, turning complex data into intuitive, interactive mobile experiences. The successful candidate will craft exceptional user experiences by building and maintaining high-quality UX-rich iOS and iPadOS apps.

Responsibilities include:

  • Crafting exceptional user experiences by building and maintaining high-quality UX-rich iOS and iPadOS apps.
  • Mastery of Apple technology, including native frameworks like UIKit, SwiftUI, MapKit, and CoreLocation.
  • Integration and innovation: Connecting apps with third-party modules, libraries, and partner services while developing and deploying both minor and major features.
  • Test with confidence: Performing unit, UI, and integration tests, supporting automation suites to ensure reliability at scale.
  • Collaborate to create: Partnering with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver polished, user-focused solutions.
  • Optimize performance: Fine-tuning apps for speed, memory efficiency, and smooth user experiences across devices.
  • Maintaining excellence: Ensuring coding standards are met, platforms remain in sync, and CI/CD pipelines run efficiently and effectively.
Requirements

We require the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience building iOS applications that delight users.
  • Expertise in Swift, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Familiarity with iOS frameworks like Core Data, MapKit, and CoreLocation.
  • Understanding of design patterns like MVC and MVVM.
  • Hands-on experience with geospatial and mapping technologies.
  • Agile development process experience and ability to collaborate in fast-paced teams.
