Point of Sale Technician

The Role: We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Cashier/Service Crew to join our team at 3JGO Manpower Provider Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service by greeting and acknowledging each customer in a friendly manner
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
• Process sales using cash registers, scanners, or other equipment accurately and efficiently
• Verify and accept various forms of payment securely and efficiently
• Ensure the checkout area remains well-organized and clean to maintain a positive customer experience

Requirements:

• SHS graduate with a solid understanding of retail principles
• Previous experience in handling POS systems is an asset
• A minimum of 6 months' experience in the same field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment as part of a close-knit team
• Detail-oriented, numerate, and meticulous when handling work and treasury processes
• Flexible to work in SM Center Imus, Cavite
