Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director/Licensed Broker to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for informing and setting meetings with sellers, designing recruitment and sales rallies, scheduling meetings, assemblies, and marketing activities, disseminating sales promos, organizing sellers events such as recognition and achievements, tracking, replenishing, and monitoring releases of marketing collaterals including price lists, sector maps, sales kits, brochures, and flyers, conducting product orientation seminars, and accrediting sellers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need attention to detail, people skills, organizational skills, leadership skills, computer literacy, and a customer-driven approach. Additionally, you should have a marketing background, preferably with a psychology graduate degree, and at least three years of relevant experience in the field.
