About the Role
We are looking for a talented Associate Electrical Facilities Engineer to join our team at VITRO, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data center support facilities, which include electrical power distribution, UPS systems, generators, HVAC equipment, chiller plants, fire alarm and detection systems, fire suppression systems, access control systems, security surveillance systems, and wire management systems.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
  1. Operate and maintain data center support facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Coordinate with affiliates and customer facilities management teams to implement contracted preventive maintenance of building facilities.
  3. Develop engineering plans, conduct cost estimates, project schedules, and material specifications for facility-related projects and customer requirements.
  4. Inspect project construction activities to ensure conformance to plans and specifications.
  5. Collaborate with technicians on daily operation and maintenance activities.
  6. Generate reports for O&M for each equipment and maintain equipment history records.
  7. Submit periodic reports, such as O&M performance reports and project status reports.
  8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to meet customer service level agreements.
  9. Be available on-call 24x7 to respond or assist in the event of emergencies and facilities problems affecting project completion and services.
  10. Support sales groups in customer requirement clarifications, inquiries, and during site tours.
