Senior Web Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to lead the evolution of our WordPress ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building commercial websites at scale and be able to demonstrate before and after outcomes with metrics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building new features, templates, and custom plugins, improving performance and security, and maintaining reliable deployments. They will also extend beyond WordPress using modern stacks where appropriate, drive SEO outcomes, implement technical SEO, schema markup, Core Web Vitals improvements, site architecture, internal linking, and content templates that rank and convert.
