  • Network Administration: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot our network infrastructure, ensuring it meets our business requirements.
  • Incident Response: Respond to and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, including security, network, and application teams, to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM configurations, processes, and procedures, providing training and support to end users and other IT staff as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in IAM and Linux system administration, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance security and efficiency.
Requirements:
