Creative Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Creative Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating high-impact presentations that clearly communicate value propositions.

  • Design and Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative visual concepts that effectively convey strategic insights.
  • Creative Concepting: Support the development of new business pitches by turning strategic information into compelling and engaging materials.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all design output adheres to our brand identity and visual standards.
  • Template Customization: Adapt master templates to create client-specific versions tailored to industry verticals and campaign needs.
  • Data Visualization: Turn complex data into clear and visually appealing infographics, charts, and diagrams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Join brainstorming sessions and internal reviews to align design execution with pitch strategy.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple deadlines and overlapping requests while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Design Trends & Tools: Stay current on presentation design trends, storytelling best practices, and emerging tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communication.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • A strong design portfolio with emphasis on presentation design is required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail.
