Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety programs, providing emergency treatment in the workplace, administering over-the-counter medication to employees, creating a clean and comfortable sickbay area or clinic, and assisting with employee injuries or casualties.

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and implement health and safety programs to ensure compliance with state regulations
  • Provide emergency treatment in the workplace as needed
  • Administer over-the-counter medication to employees with proper documentation
  • Create a clean and comfortable sickbay area or clinic for employee use
  • Assist employees with injuries or casualties and document incidents

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain employees' good health through regular monitoring and health checks
  • Monitor and assure employees' health is fit for work by conducting health assessments
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the Clinic and manage medicine supplies
  • Record all incidents regarding injuries and illness of employees inside the company
  • Assist APE Personnel in their activities and monitor medicine issuance to employees
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, be a registered nurse, and have experience working in the manufacturing industry. Living near the office in Binan, Santa Rosa, or surrounding areas is preferred.
