Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ink Technician Formulator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for formulating and preparing ink mixtures for our print and packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ink Formulation: Prepare formulation and sample mixtures for print and packaging materials in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with graphic artists/print designers and other coworkers to ensure seamless integration of ink formulations into the printing and packaging process.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and implement cost-effective and environmentally friendly solutions in ink formulation and printing technology.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ink formulation and production.
  • Strong understanding of chemical properties and interactions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
