Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description

This role involves utilizing digital marketing concepts to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing social media communications and executing marketing strategies that align with our brand guidelines and tone.

Your key duties will include:

  • Populating and managing social media calendar
  • Creating social media posts using Canva templates for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Generating social media copy aligned with brand guidelines and tones
  • Scheduling and managing posts on HubSpot, maximizing engagement for brand awareness
  • Conducting monthly reporting and providing insights for optimization of social media channels
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team on job content and testimonials
  • Implementing a digital marketing content strategy across various channels
  • Optimizing email campaigns to improve deliverability, click rates, and conversion rates
  • Updating website copy for SEO and support with job ads and functionality
  • Assisting in developing blogs, podcasts, webinars, and other content to attract and retain clients
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A marketing degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience
  • Exposure to AU/UK market and previous marketing experience in brand-related projects is ideal
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, CMS, and marketing automation software
  • An interest in medical, healthcare, and/or recruitment sectors
  • Proficiency in CMS, marketing automation (like HubSpot), and Adobe Suite or Canva
