As a Financial Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as creating variance analysis reports and financial models.

You will lead real-time financial performance monitoring and escalate any financial issues to management. Additionally, you will set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives, complete market research and comparable company analysis, and recommend strategies for increasing financial performance.

You will also present detailed monthly financial reports to managers and manage more-junior financial planning analysts. Collaborate with senior members of the accounting and finance teams to drive business results.
