The payroll specialist will be the primary point of contact for employees located in Bridgetown. He/She will handle face-to-face payroll inquiries and relay information to leaders or management as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Office Payroll team on payroll processing every 10th and 25th of the month; 13th month processing, bonus, and leave conversion.
  • Calculate accurate payroll of employees.
  • Import payroll input files to the Sprout Payroll software.
  • Handle face-to-face inquiries of employees at Bridgetowne site with regards to employee payroll information, pay-out, and any related payroll data.
  • Assist employees with HDMF loan applications.
  • Assist employees in opening payroll account forms, if any.
  • Coordinate with the HO Payroll team for any payroll-related concerns in the site and resolve payroll disputes.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management as required.
  • Handle team engagement crediting once validated.
  • Monitor team engagement liquidation and coordinate with the accounting team for complete documentation.
  • Propose to management for payroll deductions for outstanding liquidation as per company policy.
  • Assist the Senior Payroll Specialist and/or Payroll Team Lead on any requested information or process needed.
