About the Role

As a Senior Transaction Auditor at Filinvest Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to examine, verify, and analyze daily transactions related to Rooms and Food and Beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily vouching, validating, and monitoring of credit card transactions (Rooms and Food and Beverage)
  • Daily vouching, validating, and monitoring of send-bill transactions (Rooms and Food and Beverage)
  • Daily vouching, validating, monitoring, and filing of paid out transactions (Rooms)
  • Daily vouching, validating, monitoring, and filing of Officers Check and Entertainment transactions
  • Daily vouching, validating, and monitoring of promos and discounts
  • Monitoring of Audit Check List on a daily basis
  • Human Resources Responsibilities
  • Other Duties Assigned
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
