Sales and Revenue Growth Manager

At RCX Philippines, we are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our business operations.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled professional with a proven track record in sales management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing sales accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. They will also work closely with the senior supervisor to manage and develop the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing sales accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they meet their performance targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
- At least 5 years' experience in sales management or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
