Job Role:

As an Inventory Specialist at TOA Global, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse processes. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory levels, conducting physical inventory checks, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels by developing and executing short, medium, and long-term strategies.
  • Conduct physical inventory checks, receive and record purchases/deliveries, and reconcile actual stock counts to computer-generated reports.
  • Track onboarding employees to monitor demand vs stock on hand, employee attrition to monitor expected returns, and sales/recruitment data for accurate forecasting.
  • Set up deployed desktops for new employees and track inventory-related data via software.
  • Ensure sufficient inventory levels and provide ad-hoc inventory reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse and Inventory Management.
  • Knowledge of inventory principles, concepts, and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft, database, and spreadsheet software.
  • Proven work experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role.
  • Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting.
  • Organizational skills.
