We're seeking a talented Interior Designer Drafter to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will excel in creating stunning interior spaces by visualizing concepts and turning them into breathtaking designs. They will create detailed CAD plans, 2D technical drawings, and high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop detailed CAD plans and 2D technical drawings
  • Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings
  • Collaborate on space planning to optimize functionality and aesthetics
  • Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, Autodesk, 3DsMax, Revit, and Corona Render to produce accurate and appealing designs
  • Work closely with clients and team members to deliver outstanding results
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in drafting and interior design
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Autodesk, 3DsMax, Revit, and Corona Render
  • Strong skills in space planning, visualizations, and rendering
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Ambitions:
  • Become proficient in utilizing software such as Adobe Creative Suite to enhance designs
  • Develop expertise in green building materials and sustainable design practices
