Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who shares our passion for delivering top-notch customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer calls with professionalism and a focus on solutions, providing knowledgeable support for luxury products, and using CRM tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.


Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Slack, and GSuite is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • An attractive schedule offering flexible hours with earliest start at 9:00 AM and latest end time at 8:30 PM EST.
