Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US accountant to join our team at Pharmavise Corporation. As a remote accountants, you will be responsible for various financial and administrative tasks, including invoicing, payroll, expense management, and tax preparation.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of US tax regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements. Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP Ariba, and Wise is essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Invoicing and payments management.
  2. Contract review and approval.
  3. Attendance and expense monitoring.
  4. QuickBooks management, including invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
  5. Tax preparation, including USA 1040 and 1120S filing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Preferred: CPA License.
  • 1-4 years of proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a Life Sciences Consulting or Staffing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of USA accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP Ariba, and Wise).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including report production.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral.
Other Details
  • Fully Remote, must be living in India or Philippines.
  • Monthly Rate: $450-$550 for 1 month probation (increase to $500-600 with bonuses).
