Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Design Specialist to join our team in Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines. As an Electronics Design Specialist, you will be responsible for developing switched mode power supplies and battery backup systems for industrial and hazardous automation systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and minimum 2 years of experience in the design of switching power supplies and resonant power conversion circuits. Strong technical skills with advanced knowledge in Power electronics and magnetics design are required. Familiarity with UL, CSA, and IEC standards is also necessary.

You will actively participate in the new product development cycle, including requirements, design, verification, release, and documentation. You will conduct quality and reliability testing of power supplies, electronic components, end products, and system-level testing. Additionally, you will perform failure analysis and troubleshooting, creating Bill of Materials and preparing engineering-related documents.

As a key contributor to our development efforts, you will foster teamwork by collaborating with team members to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to speak, listen, and write in a clear, thorough, and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
