System Architect

**Job Title:** System Architect

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled System Architect to join our team at Microdata Systems and Management Inc. As a System Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's IT systems, ensuring their optimal performance and security.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Install and configure operating systems, applications, and network hardware such as routers, switches, and servers.
* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for clients, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
* Provide user support and training on systems, tools, and best practices to ensure effective utilization.
* Maintain accurate documentation of data center operations, system configurations, and incident logs for auditing and future reference.

**Requirements:**

* A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic/ Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
* Relevant industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, or similar are advantageous.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in system administration, technical support, or a related field.
* Proven experience working with Cisco HyperFlex, Nutanix, or other HCI solutions, particularly in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting scalable environments.
* Expertise or at least proficient working knowledge in Operating Systems (OS/NOS) such as Linux/Unix, macOS, and Windows, including experience with relevant scripting and automation tools (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).

**Schedule:**

* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday

**Supplemental Pay:**
