The role of Financial Planning Analyst is a critical component in the success of our organization. In this position, you will be responsible for planning and analyzing financial operations, creating forecasts, and reporting on company performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Financial Analysis: Collaborate with business units to create projections and forecasts, analyze variances, and maintain shareholder data.
  • Management Financial Reporting: Provide cash balance and forecasting insights, prepare corporate financial statements, and maintain wrap rate metrics.

Qualifications to be successful in this role include:

  • Degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Results-oriented individual with strong communication skills in English (written and oral).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and QuickBooks.
