Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MEPFS Engineer to lead the implementation and monitoring of electrical and mechanical related works at our construction sites. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be licensed as an Electrical Engineer.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect daily execution of MEPFS projects to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Review MEPFS plans and specifications, focusing on pipe clashing and conflicts with other structures.
  • Monitor material inventories and make timely material requisitions.
  • Conduct testing of MEPFS systems and document results.
  • Compile test results, brochures, and operation manuals for equipment.
  • Lead the commissioning process.
Requirements
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer.
  • At least 2-5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Responsible for implementing and monitoring all electrical and mechanical related works at site according to approved drawings, methods, and safety policies.
  • Estimates, prepares, and assigns resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, and equipment required for all electrical and mechanical works before execution.
  • Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis.
Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of approximately $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This position is located in Futura Homes Palm Estate Project, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
