Responsibilities
  1. You will work on complex vendor disputes and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  2. Meet or exceed applicable metrics of the assigned process.
  3. Identify underlying issues and implement solutions to fix the root causes.
  4. Manage vendor disputes via inbound email and outbound calls.
  5. Maintain customer relationships by responding promptly and accurately to both internal and external questions and requests for information.
  6. Efficiently manage disputes and issues through proactive coordination with vendors and internal teams.
  7. Understand the pain points of vendors and develop effective solutions.
  8. Provide prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to vendors.
  9. Evaluate situations and escalate when necessary to direct manager and/or senior leaders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 2 years graduate certificate.
  • Ability to take inbound and outbound calls and work overtime if necessary.
  • Proficiency in the German language.
  • For non-native speakers: must hold relevant certification in the language required for communication with customers or equivalent experience in using the language daily.
  • For native speakers: required to go through an English assessment test during the interview process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule.
  • Exemplifies traits of being a team player, with good interpersonal skills, hardworking, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Able to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision.
