Responsibilities- You will work on complex vendor disputes and resolve queries in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed applicable metrics of the assigned process.
- Identify underlying issues and implement solutions to fix the root causes.
- Manage vendor disputes via inbound email and outbound calls.
- Maintain customer relationships by responding promptly and accurately to both internal and external questions and requests for information.
- Efficiently manage disputes and issues through proactive coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Understand the pain points of vendors and develop effective solutions.
- Provide prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to vendors.
- Evaluate situations and escalate when necessary to direct manager and/or senior leaders.
- Minimum of 2 years graduate certificate.
- Ability to take inbound and outbound calls and work overtime if necessary.
- Proficiency in the German language.
- For non-native speakers: must hold relevant certification in the language required for communication with customers or equivalent experience in using the language daily.
- For native speakers: required to go through an English assessment test during the interview process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule.
