Our company is committed to delivering exceptional services in the financial industry. We are currently seeking a skilled Payment Operations Reports Analyst to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to track, monitor, and analyze all pre- and post-billing activities and associated data. This includes identifying any unexpected behavior and flagging it promptly to the manager. The analyst will also be responsible for managing dispute management processes, including fraud, chargebacks, and rapid dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track dispute and dispute mitigation processes on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Analyze data from various sources, including Quicksight, SAS, and Cognos, to identify trends and issues.
  • Present findings to senior management, highlighting areas of concern and quantifying their impact.

Requirements:
For this position, we are looking for an individual with a strong analytical background and experience in data analysis. A minimum of 2 years' experience in multiple business processes and reports is required. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of VISA and Mastercard dispute monitoring programs and ratios.
