Key Responsibilities:

  • Install GPS devices in various types of vehicles
  • Troubleshoot and configure devices, analyze root cause problems, and implement solutions
  • Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
  • Investigate complaints, conduct tests, and resolve problems
  • Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Automotive Technology/Electrical Technology
  • At least 6 months of working experience in the related field or has automotive technician experience is required for this position
  • Required Skills: Automotive, Electronics, Troubleshooting, Driving, Analyzing Information, Client Relationships
  • Efficient with good skills in developing procedures
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and own a motorcycle
  • Ability to work in the field around Dumaguete, Negros Oriental, and nearby areas
