Job Title: Senior Backend Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Developer with skills to become a foundational member of our engineering team in a new region. As a key player, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails, adhering to best practices and high coding standards.

  • You will lead the development of core features, taking full ownership of project execution, quality control, and deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with remote teams, providing clear and proactive communication to align on project objectives and technical specifications.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design and develop cutting-edge web applications using Ruby on Rails.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and a proactive approach to collaboration.
