About the Role

This role requires a professional who can provide strategic consulting services while building strong relationships with clients, co-workers, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct geological surveys, site assessments, and environmental impact analyses.
  • Provide expert technical advice on environmental management, regulatory compliance, and remediation solutions.
  • Develop and implement environmental monitoring programs to ensure sustainability and compliance.
  • Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated environmental solutions.
  • Engage with clients, government agencies, and community stakeholders to address environmental concerns and project requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies in geology and environmental sciences.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Must be a licensed Geologist.
  • Proven experience as a Geologist or Environmental Consultant with expertise in site assessments, remediation, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to build lasting professional relationships.
  • Extroverted personality with strong interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging with clients, presenting findings, and leading discussions.
  • Proficiency in relevant geological and environmental software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and remote locations as needed.
