Job Title: Master Contract Programme Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Contract Programme Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing Master Contract Programmes (MCP) for all projects under designated Operational Centres (OpCen).

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create and manage MCPs for all projects under designated OpCen.
  2. Provide inputs in "Timeliness" during the creation of Project Pre-Execution Plans (PrEP) and Project Execution Plans (PEP) under designated OpCen.
  3. Monitor OpCen's timeliness status by comparing planned vs actual timelines and target completion dates with forecasted completion dates.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve OpCen's timeliness performance.
  5. Collaborate with Project Controls Director and Corporate PPCD to provide project reports.
  6. Ensure accurate records of project accomplishments and productivity are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in master contract programme management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with project controls software and tools.
