We are seeking a skilled WordPress developer to join our company. You'll be responsible for front-end and back-end development, including custom theme creation, plugin development, performance optimization, and user experience enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create new features and functionality
  • Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
  • Ensure website high-performance and availability
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to deliver engaging user experiences
  • Maintain website security, backups, and updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues
  • Optimize websites for speed and SEO
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (2+ years preferred)
  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON/XML formats
  • Strong grasp of website architecture and aesthetics
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery
  • Experience with website migration and performance testing
