Logistics Operations Manager

About the Role
">- Support the Operations Manager in ensuring healthy operational metrics within a designated area.
- Collaborate on expansion projects to ensure timely operability within set target timelines.
Main Responsibilities
">- Monitor and maintain optimal system compliance across assigned areas.
- Identify and implement timely expansion of stations within the area.
- Effectively manage available resources under the assigned area.
- Promote operational excellence initiatives to enhance team growth.
- Maintain healthy EBIT levels within the area scope.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Minimum 2 years of college education or equivalent degree.
- 3-5 years cumulative work experience in service industry or logistics and supply chain industry.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in team lead role.
- Above-average proficiency in MS Excel or GSheet.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Basic understanding of Google Suite (GDocs/Gsheet) or equivalent application.
- Computing skills.
- Ability to organize materials, manage time, and prioritize tasks for project completion on or before deadlines.
