Job Title: E-commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced e-commerce operations specialist to manage our Amazon Seller Central account. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for end-to-end account ownership, ensuring the account meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and scales effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily execution and long-term strategy for the Amazon Seller Central operation.
  • Monitor performance metrics, address compliance issues, resolve performance notifications, and maintain strong standing across all marketplaces.
  • Submit cases to Amazon for issues such as lost inventory, inbound discrepancies, etc.; secure reimbursements and track resolutions.
  • Build and refine product listings (titles, bullets, images, A+ content) for maximum discoverability and conversions.
  • Analyse trends and drive data-backed decisions to increase sales and profitability using Helium 10 and Google Sheets.
  • Oversee shipment creation, coordinate with suppliers, reconcile inventory, and maintain data accuracy for POs and products.
  • Forecast demand and optimise replenishment strategies based on sales trends and lead times.
  • Develop pricing strategies, manage vouchers and deals, and analyse performance to maximise conversion and margin.
  • Maintain a centralised database of product data, pricing, packaging specs, and variations.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and manage product and seller account reviews.
  • Help design and implement systems and SOPs to support future growth and building a team around this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing private label brands on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Solid background in Amazon shipment creation, logistics coordination, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Strong case management and problem-solving skills on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute pricing tactics, run promotions, coupons, and deals.
  • Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces, including the UK (required) and EU (preferred).
  • High-level proficiency in Helium 10 for product research, keyword optimisation, and listing management.
  • Track record of developing scalable processes and SOPs.
  • Experience handling customer enquiries, reviews/feedback, and preserving account health.
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
