About the Role

The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of facilities, kitchen equipment, and machinery in Mary Grace stores (restaurants and kiosks). This includes leading a team of engineers, technicians, and specialists to execute appropriate preventive maintenance programs and repair activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of technicians for the execution of repairs and maintenance works.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement monthly work plan activities for the Engineering Group.
  • Devise cost-effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure all needed tools, spare parts, equipment, and operating supplies are defined, maintained, and sourced out properly to keep an appropriate inventory level.
  • Maintain consistent housekeeping maintenance at all times and compliance to all safety rules and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in Kitchen, HVAC Equipment, and/or Facilities Repairs & Maintenance.
  • Experience in handling direct-hire/direct report/in-house technicians.
  • Amenable to work on a 6-day workweek (48 hours/week) and willing to travel to various Mary Grace Café locations.
