Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Account Representative to join our team. As a key player in our healthcare account management department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to healthcare clients.

You will also be responsible for utilizing expertise in healthcare accounts to navigate the AthenaOne EMR system effectively, handling customer accounts in collections, and maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

In addition, you will stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare account management to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Utilize expertise in healthcare accounts to navigate the AthenaOne EMR system
  • Handle customer accounts in collections
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Demonstrated experience in handling collections accounts
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and software
