We are seeking a seasoned Insurance Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ensuring seamless insurance solutions tailored to individual client needs.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Policy Management
- Review and manage existing insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs. Assist with policy renewals, amendments, and endorsements. Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions. Process applications, claims, and other insurance documentation efficiently.
- Experience in insurance account management or a similar role. Proficiency in CRM systems and insurance management software. Strong organizational skills and accuracy in managing client accounts.
