Job Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the organization. They act as the first point of escalation for project-related concerns, addressing and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor and track project progress: Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders: Align and clarify project objectives and requirements with internal and external teams.

Escalation Management

  • Act as first point of escalation: Address and resolve project-related concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies: Minimize disruptions during project execution.

Project Coordination and Communication

  • Serve as primary point of contact: Provide regular updates on project status and milestones to clients and internal teams.
  • Facilitate project meetings: Prepare progress reports and maintain clear documentation of decisions and actions.

Management of Multiple Project Types

  • Oversee diverse domains: Manage projects across Managed Services, Turnkey Implementations, and administrative support initiatives.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track key project metrics: Report on performance, milestones, and financials.
  • Ensure billing milestones are met: Align with project deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience: 3–5 years in project management, preferably within technology or CX domain.
  • Strong understanding: Project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills: Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
