We are seeking a skilled Graphics Designer to join our team at Social Capital Markets.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and supports our mission to create positive impact through innovative financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Creation: Produce engaging visuals, including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and marketing materials that showcase our brand presence and messaging goals.
  • Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts that support campaigns and messaging goals.
  • Illustration & Animation (Preferred): Design custom illustrations or simple animations for social media or other digital platforms.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within mission-driven organizations.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
    • Familiarity with Figma or Canva for collaborative design work.
    • Knowledge of animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
