Job Overview

As a creative problem solver, you will craft exceptional designs that captivate and engage our target audience. With proficiency in both traditional and modern tools, including AI-enhanced workflows, you will deliver high-quality visual content that elevates our brand identity.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design a diverse range of deliverables, encompassing branding, print materials, digital assets, ads, presentations, and infographics.
  • Integrate AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Freepik AI, or similar to streamline your workflow and amplify creative output.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers, Squad Leads, and Quality Analysts to ensure consistent, on-brand designs that meet our high standards.
  • Interpret client briefs with clarity and professionalism, converting vague input into strategic creative solutions.
  • Effectively manage time across multiple design requests daily, maintaining quality and creativity throughout the process.

Requirements
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in web and graphic design, ideally within a remote agency or client-facing setup.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing versatility, originality, and attention to detail across various media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, and AI design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
  • Advanced English communication skills, B2 level or higher.
  • A reliable computer setup and high-speed, stable internet connection.
