About the Role

SosaJB Property Management Corp. is a leading provider of facilities and property operations in the Philippines. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MST Aircon Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of air conditioning systems in our properties
  • Ensure the overall efficiency and performance of the air conditioning systems
  • Respond to service requests and maintain accurate records of work performed
  • Install and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues with cooling systems
  • Handle refrigerants safely and in accordance with regulations
  • Conduct system testing and calibration to verify performance and efficiency
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce system downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used for accurate record-keeping
  • Interact with clients and provide technical advice and recommendations
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Aircon Technician or similar role
  • Valid MST Aircon Technician certification is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, HVAC technology, and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
