Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Finance Assistant to join our young, vibrant team. As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in preparing, checking, and processing requests for payments, telegraphic transfers, credit card balances, accounts receivable, petty cash funds, and accurately recording all financial transactions in the accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing, checking, and processing requests for payments, ensuring compliance with finance policies.
  • Assist in preparing, checking, and processing telegraphic transfers.
  • Monitor and manage credit card balances.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash funds.
  • Accurately record all financial transactions in the accounting software.
  • Maintain and update accounting books and records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve transaction-related concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Work experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines.
